Down Payment Assistance Programs

DPA ADVANTAGE Loan Program

Finding your dream home is within reach, even if you're short on funds for a down payment. At Spot On Lending, we understand the importance of homeownership and want to help make it a reality for you.

There are several down payment programs available. One that we particularly like is DPA Advantage. It is a cool program that helps people who want to buy a house but don't have enough money for the down payment. They give you a special gift called a grant that can be 2% or 3.5% of the price of the house you want to buy. This is only for people who are eligible and want to buy a house with an FHA loan.
